Midweek Fitness Update, April 2
My fitness goal for this week was to get my steps in. So far I’ve beaten my 6,000 step goal each day. Last week, as I was getting into the swing of things, I relied on getting my walking in during a big burst of activity. It didn’t go so well. The daily step totals are looking good: Day Steps Monday 6,586 Tuesday 6,945 Wednesday 6,434 Now I’ve figured out how to spread my walking throughout the day.

I don’t even need the Withings app installed for my weight data to be sent to the apps that I do use.

Making the commitment to put my writing out in the world was both scary and liberating. I’ve also learned about myself. I’ve had to come up with new work habits and strategies. It’s also been an education in goal setting. The one thing that I wasn’t expecting was the weight gain.
